Workshop Locations

We host workshops all over Brisbane. Depending the the workshop you chose the locations will vary. Below is you will find some brief information on some of the locations that we visit the most.

Kangaroo Point Cliffs

Located a short distance from the Brisbane CBD. Kangaroo Point offers city views from the top and the bottom of the cliff. We usually host our workshop at the top, as its a very popular location to attempt a panoramic photograph. As the sun sets the city lights come on, we invite you to wait around and capture the city lights. Workshops currently offered at this location are as follows:

Wellington Point Reserve

Located on the SE of Brisbane in the Redlands region. Wellington Point is a protected tidal reserve with great views over water and offers 100’s of great sunrise and sunset opportunity’s. Depending on the tide you maybe be able to walk out to Cook Island. Subjects of interest include numerous mangroves, boat ramps and a long pier. Workshops currently offered at this location are as follows:

Wilson’s Lookout, Brisbane

This fantastic lookout gives great views of the Story Bridge, and the Brisbane CBD.  This is a popular location with photographers, the Story Bridge lights up just after sunset, so we invite you to stay longer and photograph the beautiful reflections and colours that can been seen during blue hour. Workshops currently offered at this location are as follows:

Cedar Creek

Cedat Creek is Situated just 35 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and is an ideal location for star trail practice. Not far from the lush Samford Valley, and with ample parking, this location offers a clear view of the southern sky, some foreground interest and clean clear country air. Workshops currently offered at this location are as follows:

Star-trails / Night landscape (Night sessions)
